We're looking for a co-founder who is ready to grind for bringing real change to education. This isn't a 9-to-5. This is wake-up-thinking-about-it, fall-asleep-solving-it kind of work. And it's worth every second.

Who You Are

  • You're obsessed with fixing what's broken in education
  • You ship fast, learn faster, and don't wait for permission
  • You bring deep skills in engineering, product, growth, or education — ideally more than one
  • You've built things before — side projects, startups, communities, movements — anything that started from zero
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the grind

What You'll Do

  • Co-own the vision, strategy, and execution of Quastus from day one
  • Build and ship product alongside the founding team — no spectators
  • Talk to teachers, students, and school leaders to understand the real problems
  • Make hard decisions fast — hiring, pivoting, prioritizing, saying no
  • Represent Quastus to investors, partners, and the education community
